Condition Reporting
If you are moving house, or buying a house it is important that you have sight of an electrical installation condition report. Even if you are not moving all electrical installatons should be temporarily tested and inspected. Our team of qualified electricians will visit your premises and fully test your existing circuits and electrical fittings.
After our inspection you will be issued with a condition report and any issues in need of immediate attention will be highlight, other issues may also be highlighted.
As part of our testing procudures we will:
- Test your earthing system.
- Check to ensure that your electrical cabling is insulating properly.
- Ensure your circuit-breakers are working properly.
- Make sure that devices for isolation and switching are functioning properly.
After completion we will issue an 'Electrical Installation Condition Report'
PAT Testing
The periodic testing of electrical equipment is a necessiry if this equipment is being used in public spaces. Our team members are qualified in the testing of portable electrical equipment and able to certify if a device is safe.
